How we met

One faithful winter day in July 2015…

Hanh met Justin. At the time she was doing Engineering and Justin was a Psychology major. She practically lived in the library while Justin walked past it to go back to Unihall. The two of them probably would have never crossed paths if not thank to one extrovert mutual friend.

It took Justin countless of coffees, many dine out, an unofficial date at Sprolo and lots of will power to wake up early just so he could catch me in the library (not to mention a curfew thrown in the midst) to pluck up his courage and confess to Hanh.

And the rest is history…

She only said “All good” and then drove off which left me so clueless. Were we together or not then?

Well… it was the first time someone confessed to me. I didn’t know what else to say

The Proposal

FYI, Justin didn’t get on one knee. We were parking outside of my house and just when I was about to get out of the car, he put a ring on my finger. END of the story.

It wasn’t a DIAMOND ring either!!!

Somehow I said YES

… but then if it’s not Justin who else would I marry? Not only I’m expensive and high maintenance, I am also hot-tempered and a DICTATOR. It took me 20 years to find one unlucky soul that can stand me. I probably would have rotted and withered waiting for another poor soul…

“A true social butterfly who can talk to everyone. I love playing futsal, exercise and playing computer/video games. I hate flying (turbulence is a big NO NO for me) but I have to cause sadly Hanh is not a light traveller. I love eating Hanh’s food except the EVIL purple yam soup.

My ultimate dream is to be a domestic house-husband haha…

An introvert who feels tired after 5 mins talking to people yet somehow a well-loved process engineer at work. I’m a true home person and won’t go out unless I absolutely have to. I don’t talk to strangers but I won’t shut up in front of my close friends. I love travel, handbags, shoes and all thing pretty. I’m also a very picky eater so I have learnt how to cook in order to not go broke buying takeaways.

I dream to be a tai-tai one day, to do absolute nothing and just lounge at home

…to realise her dream. Turns out she needs a tea ceremony and wedding(s) too.
